WOK FRIED RIVER SHRIMPS AND TALLOW TREE SEEDS

Ingredients

300g river shrimps
10g Maggi sauce
30g Chinese tallow tree seed oil
5g light soy sauce
Frying oil

Method

1. Clean well the shrimps


2. Deep-Fry the shrimps in oil in the wok until golden, then remove and drain them

3. Pour into wok the sauce and light soy sauce, add the seed

4. Add the shrimp, stir-fry and plate
