The magazine "Cina in Italia" 166 edition has interviewed the founder and director of Zhong can yi jiu. In the interview with Lea Vendramel, Scarpato stresses that in the Chinese cuisine rarely you eat a dish at a time but all dishes are put on the tables at the same time and shared by the diners. So, Rosario Scarpato, says that “To win the Chinese consumers perhaps it’s time to abandon the traditional approach and take into account their culinary habits”. He then adds: “If on a Chinese table there can be for example five dishes, why not to have also five wines, particularly when there is a group of ten people eating?“
