VINITALY 2019: THE CHINESE MARKETS A FOCUS OF THE 53rd EDITION
Chinese markets, including China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Singapore, will be one of the most interesting focuses of Vinitaly. These are the markets the Chinese Cuisines meet Italian wines program (www.zhongcanyijiu.com.cn or www.chinesecuisines-itwines.com) and its guide can be very supportive to producers and distributors. During Vinitaly there is also a workshop organised by the Beijing office of the Italian Trade Commission on the promotion (Monday, April 8th, 3:45PM, Sala del Consiglio, 5th floor)
BANFI, CORTESE, GILLI AND MONTELVINI: THE LATEST WINERIES THAT JOINED THE NEW EDITION OF THE GUIDE
We are particularly glad to announce the latest wineries that joined the Chinese Cuisines meet the Italian Wines program (www.zhongcanyijiu.com.cn or www.chinesecuisines-itwines.com): Castello Banfi, Cantina Giuseppe Cortese, Cascina Gilli e Montelvini. Castello Banfi will have 10 of its most interesting wines paired to the dishes of renowned Chinese restaurants, Cascina Gilli will instead pair its awarded wines in China (China Wines & Spirits Award 2016 – Piedmont Wine of the Year). These winery are the latest addition of the past editions, which included also Allegrini, Argiolas, Arnaldo Caprai, Balan, Baracchi, Bove, Carlo Pellegrino, Castello Di Ama, Ceretto, Felsina, Feudi Di San Gregorio, Macchie S. Maria, Masciarelli, Mazzei, Mocali, Oasi Paradiso, Planeta, Plasma, Podere Conca, Rubinelli Vajol, Tasca D’Almerita, Tenimenti Spinsanti, Tenute Sella, Villa Sandi.
