Jin Liang is a versatile Chef that doesn’t cook in his restaurant kitchen. In fact, he is a cooking professor, judge for many competitions, educator and food communicator.
Jin Liang has developed a deep knowledge of both the Chinese Cuisine and Western Cuisine, with a particular attention to French cuisine and Norwegian seafood industry. He gained the"Special Contribution Award" by the Norwegian Ministry of Fisheries and the Norwegian Seafood Foreign Trade Agency and the Honorary Chairman of the French International Gastronomy Association Greater China.
He is also a great educator and professor: visiting professor of Zhejiang Vocational Tourism College and chief judge of the China Norwegian Seafood Culinary Competition represent only two of the several education activities that Jin Liang worked on.
He has a deep knowledge of the seafood ingredients from all over the world and he passes on this expertise to his students.
