Chef Allen Ren has over 17 years of culinary experience. He learned from very important chefs such as Ye Wen Chian (Singapore) and Lee Sen Lei (Hong Kong). He is specialized in Cantonese and Huaiyang cuisines and has taken part in several international hotels pre-openings, being responsible for culinary area designing and planning. He has worked for several important hotels, including the InterContinental Nantong, Marriott Shenzhen, Pan Pacific Suzhou, Le Méridien Shanghai, Hilton Shanghai.
